Dynamic Group Classes and Deep Relaxation

Teaching group classes are something I love doing; bringing people together in one space and working together to achieve a union between mind, body and soul. 

I teach dynamic and regular vinyasa flow classes, incorporating juicy hatha flows as well as deepening your practice with restorative and yin classes.

I also incorporate various pranayama in this workshop, and students report feeling calmer and centered; they report that it can help mitigate intense emotional feelings and help them sleep better. For most yoga students, the practice of conscious breathing is foundational to the practice of yoga.
