Improving your health is more than just a fitness decision, it’s a lifestyle commitment. My one-on-one and group sessions provide an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind, but they’re also a great time to relax and unwind.
Tailored with you in mind
Traditionally, Yoga was only ever taught on a one-to-one basis which is great for adapting the teaching to each individual student’s needs. A one to one class with me is a private meeting where there are no set rules as it totally depends on your needs. You could be a total beginner, completely advanced, or somewhere in the middle. Often, the first class will start with a discussion, to allow the me as the teacher to get to know you and to understand your aims, needs, expectations and abilities. We will also discuss which areas you need to work on, whether you are coming from an injury, or if you just want to relax.
At the moment I do not have space to conduct classes, however for a small fee I can travel to you, or we can decide on a mutual location.
My one on one classes can help the following:
To improve or maintain your physical, emotional or mental health.
To recover from or learn to live with a health problem.
To improve your performance in a particular sport: Yoga can be used as a mental or physical preparation, a way to strengthen a particular part of the body or relieve over-strained muscles.
To calm anxiety or relieve insomnia
To heal an emotional wound or resolve an emotional conflict.
To relieve the symptoms of menopause.
To improve general health and well-being
I also do private couples/group classes and prices are available upon request. Additional discounts can be made and are offered at my discretion.
